District & International Projects of the Bellevue Rotary Club MESA- MESA is committed to serving world peace by collecting donated medical equipment and supplies, matching inventory to needs, and then shipping the appropriate equipment and supplies to community service projects of Rotary Clubs. PolioPlus- Rotary International has taken on the Polio Virus and intends to erradicate it from anywhere in the world. This is a hugh project and Bellevue Rotary has been doing their part. Foreign Exchange Student- Youth Exchange World Community Workshop- The Rotary World Community Workshop (WCW) is an International Service and Youth Project for Rotary International District 6600 High School Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors. Ambassadorial Scholarship- The Rotary Foundation's oldest and best-known program is Ambassadorial Scholarships, established in 1947. Since that time, more than 30,000 men and women from 100 nations have studied abroad under its auspices. Group Study Exchange- The Group Study Exchange (GSE) program of The Rotary Foundation is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for young business and professional men and women between the ages of 25 and 40 and in the early years of their professional lives.
